Job summary

ACS Professional Staffing seeks a Software Developer / Programmer 3 for an on-site Portland, OR contract role. You will design and implement features for a power scheduling system, develop backend services and RESTful APIs, and work within an Agile team to meet enterprise IT needs.

The ideal candidate will have expert C#/.NET skills, strong SQL Server experience, and hands-on work with frontend frameworks (Angular/Blazor/React) and desktop patterns (WPF/WinForms).

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field preferred.
• With an associate or bachelor's degree, 5 years of experience required; without degree, 7 years of IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain features for the power scheduling system using Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
• Build and maintain high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs; evolve data pipelines and services.
