Helion is seeking a software engineer to join an agile team building scalable enterprise applications with C#/.NET, EF Core and SQL Server on Azure, plus TypeScript and React.

You will contribute across the full development life cycle, from analysis and design to delivery, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field.
• 5 years proficiency in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures and design patterns.
• 5 years in at least one modern programming language and experience with two of React, NodeJS, NoSQL, HTML5, CSS, AWS or GCP.
• 5 years in REST/HTTPS/JSON web services and 5 years in one or more general purpose languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
• 5 years defining system architectures and evaluating technical feasibility.

Responsabilidades

• Design and create engineering specifications and write code adhering to standards; perform code reviews.
• Generate ideas and implement technical solutions to achieve product features while ensuring scalability and performance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, assist in sprint planning, and complete development sprints to delivery.
• Drive story creation with DoD, Acceptance Criteria, estimation; manage tasks in RTC or Jira and update status.
• Monitor production work against schedule and report issues to lead developers; mentor junior engineers.
• Other duties as assigned.
