BBP flagship products include the 29xx and 39xx series which leverage Broadband Plasma technology to capture a wide range of defects with ultimate sensitivity at the optical inspection speeds needed for inline defect monitoring.**Job Description/Preferred Qualifications**We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to support the development of the next generation wafer inspection tools! Following the KLA Product Lifecycle methods, the candidate will be required to be involved in all phases of the software design/architecture, design reviews and requirements definition for systems and subsystems, and development/maintain of software features.
