  • Build APIs and event-driven architectures to support real-time data flow and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across infrastructure, product, and business operations to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.
  • Partner with AI/ML teams to develop intelligent workflows that enhance automation and user experience.
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and security across cloud-based services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Contribute to best practices in service architecture, performance monitoring, and resilience engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in backend software engineering with proven experience designing and implementing microservices.
  • Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Go, Python, or Java, with familiarity across multiple tech stacks.
  • Hands-on experience integrating enterprise SaaS systems (CRM, CX platforms, workflow tools) into backend ecosystems.
  • Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or similar.
  • Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, and scalable API frameworks.
  • Background in deploying and managing applications in cloud environments, with a focus on authentication, authorization, and reliability.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fully remote role with flexible working hours across U.S. time zones.
  • Competitive salary range between $170,800 and $259,900, depending on location and experience.
