• Bachelor's degree in CS or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and balance short- and long-term goals.
• Collaborative by nature; value pairing and whiteboarding.
• Committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable transportation software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reliable, scalable systems.
• Work with clients and industry experts to craft innovative solutions.
• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of new features and services.
• Adopt cloud-native technologies and modern tooling for efficiency.
• Write clean, testable code with automated tests.
• Review PRs, mentor engineers, and raise technical standards.
• Contribute to system design, architecture, and process improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support production systems.
