Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing and operational stability.
• Proficient in Java or Python.
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern programming languages.
• Familiar with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and evaluating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Understanding of responsible AI use and secure handling of data in engineering workflows.
• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of cloud, AI, ML, mobile, or related technical areas.

Responsibilities

• Participates in, design and develop scalable and resilient systems using Java or Python to contribute to continual, iterative improvements for product teams.
• Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Leverages enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity; validates outputs via peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards.
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools and AI-assisted development and automation capabilities to enhance value and automation.
• Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run with supporting systems.
• Produces or contributes to architecture and design artifacts ensuring design constraints are met by code.
• Gathers, analyzes, visualizes data from large datasets to support continuous software improvement.
• Identifies hidden data patterns to drive improvements in coding hygiene and architecture.
• Contributes to engineering communities and explores new technologies.
• Supports team culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect.
