Job summary

Forge Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Broker Platform in San Francisco. You will develop high-performance, low-latency trading and broker operations software, integrating internal and external APIs and driving data accuracy across distributed services.

You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering to raise the bar on user experience, application performance, and production reliability in a hybrid on-site role.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of software engineering experience with a relevant degree.
• Backend-first Full-Stack capabilities in C#/Java and React/TypeScript.
• Experience in Financial Services customer-facing products and data APIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver software on-time with accurate estimates.
• Own production readiness with monitoring and incident response.
• Integrate internal and external APIs with data accuracy across distributed systems.
• Provide constructive code reviews and mentor teammates.
• Collaborate with Product/Design/Engineering to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support healthy system operations and high availability.
