Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help develop market-leading products in the Capital Markets space. You will build high-quality software for distributed ledger technology using NodeJS and DAML, contribute to secure blockchain designs and deploy across environments.

The role offers a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work remotely while being assigned to a Broadridge office. Strong JavaScript expertise, ReactJS/NextJS experience, and PostgreSQL knowledge are key assets

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in JavaScript with NodeJS, ReactJS, etc.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals (prototypes, inheritance, callbacks).
• Experience with Node.js, ReactJS, NextJS and Express.
• Full stack web development using NodeJS and ReactJS.
• Experience with JSON message formatting.
• Experience with Docker.
• Knowledge of process managers like PM2 or Forever.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Enable secure smart contracts by creating systems to record and store blockchain data.
• Develop high-quality software for Distributed Ledger tech in NodeJS, DAML.
• Design secure blockchain technologies and develop features, web services, UI and interfaces.
• Research, design, develop, support and test blockchain technologies.
• Utilize cryptography techniques to protect against cyber threats.
• Deploy applications into different environments.
