Concurrence is seeking backend engineers to design, build and operate high-throughput services for its agent platform. You will own core components from initial design through production, focusing on reliability, performance, observability, and health.

Successful candidates will have strong experience in concurrency, distributed systems, and service design, with the ability to debug across services, queues, and databases. On-site work is required in New York City or San Francisco.
