Job summary

P3+Uplift is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join a technology team responsible for a business-critical sales platform. You will work across the stack, from API and data pipeline development to cloud infrastructure and automated deployments.

The role emphasizes building scalable solutions in AWS, improving reliability, and contributing to CI/CD and testing practices. Collaboration with product partners within an Agile environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience with Node.js or Python.
• Hands-on AWS experience with Lambda, SQS, SNS and S3.
• Strong SQL skills and data-driven application experience.
• Experience with ETL, data integration and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance scalable applications and data integration solutions.
• Develop and support data pipelines and ETL processes across systems.
• Build and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Improve platform reliability, performance, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support deployments, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate with teams in an Agile delivery environment.
