Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Application Security - AV and Software Infrastructure for a remote US-based role with a strong compensation package. The team focuses on securing applications and infrastructure across development pipelines.

You will review designs, implement API authentication/authorization, build reusable secure libraries, and improve handling of credentials and sensitive data. Go, Python, Java, or C++ expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Web and API security knowledge including authentication.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Application Security - AV and Software Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $224,000 – $356,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Review application designs and code to identify security risks before deployment
• Design and implement authentication and authorization controls for APIs and services
• Build reusable libraries and tools to simplify secure development practices
