Job summary

Bridger is seeking an excellent software engineer to join our team in building a shared technology platform. This is a broad role encompassing full stack development, as well as developing AI agents for workflow automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Ability to drive products from conception to production.
• Experience with data, statistical, or machine learning systems.
• Comfort in scrappy, ambiguous environments with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop full stack features for the shared technology platform.
• Build AI agents for workflow automation.
• Collaborate with end users to improve tools and processes.
• Work in-person at the NYC office.
