Job summary

Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support large-scale AI training projects. The role is fully remote and contractor-based, with about 15 hours per week and flexible scheduling.

You will work across the stack on real software engineering problems, including feature work, refactoring, performance tuning, code reviews, and creating coding tasks with reference solutions. Strong software experience and solid CS foundations are required.

We are recruiting experienced Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers to support large-scale AI training projects.

No previous AI experience is required. The work is focused on real software engineering problems including:
