Job summary

Cribl is building the telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. We’re remote-first and partner with IT and Security teams at Fortune 100 companies to shape observability data with Generative AI integrations.

You will work with the founding team and engineers to design and deliver AI features across Cribl’s product suite, from backend services to React UIs, ensuring scalable and reliable deployments in production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building AI features end to end in production across product, backend, and model integration layers.
• Strong fullstack experience designing and scaling React-based UIs and backend services or APIs.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript or JavaScript with experience in a backend language (Node.js/Go/Java)
• Experience building AI agent-driven product experiences including tooling, RAG, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
• Familiarity with MCPs, agent frameworks, orchestration layers, and integrating external tools and data sources into LLM-based systems.
• Hands-on machine learning experience and production readiness with data patterns, observability, and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based technology integrations into Cribl's core products.
• Partner with product & design leaders to prototype and experiment with new AI features.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
