Corridor is building security-focused software factories, empowering teams to ship code securely as AI-driven development evolves. We’re seeking engineers who love coding and want to own meaningful parts of the product, from backend systems to AI integrations.

You will work in a small, autonomous team in a hybrid environment, contributing across the stack and collaborating with customers to shape product direction.

Qualifications

• Experienced engineer who still wants to write a lot of code and build things themselves.
• Strong production software experience with depth in TypeScript/Node.js/React/Python.
• Backend and distributed systems experience with reliability and scalability in mind.
• Good product instincts: turn ambiguous problems into useful solutions.
• Capable of independent technical decision-making with minimal process.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship core product and platform systems, from architecture through production.
• Take ownership of complex problems and determine the right technical approach autonomously.
• Design and build scalable backend and distributed systems across the stack as needed.
• Build and productionize AI systems using LLMs, coding agents, and reasoning models.
• Work directly with customers to understand how they build software and use insights to shape development.
• Shape architecture, engineering practices, and technical direction as the team grows.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to have direct impact on what gets built.
• Move quickly and ship, focusing on solving the right problem for customers.
