You will lead development of large-scale features, design scalable systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with a product vision that delivers real-world impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Python.
• Experience shipping production-grade software across frontend and backend.
• Willingness to work on-site at least 3 days per week in San Mateo, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of large-scale, user-facing features across the full stack.
• Design scalable, maintainable systems balancing usability and performance.
• Enhance platform tooling for frontend and backend components.
• Build secure, scalable APIs, middleware, and auth services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with product vision.
• Drive engineering best practices including testing and docs.
