Job summary

F2, a vertical AI platform for private markets and banking, seeks a hands-on Senior Software Engineer in San Francisco to build from 0 to 1 and ship product that customers feel. You will write production code and deliver critical components from scratch, powering our AI-driven platform with velocity and accuracy.

You will own features end-to-end, uphold code quality, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale the system for enterprise demand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building production software across frontend and backend.
• Experience shipping features end-to-end and owning the stack.
• Comfort with AI core integration (LLMs, retrieval, or agents).

Responsibilities

• Build features end-to-end across the stack powering our AI platform.
• Maintain coding standards, review processes, and test-driven development.
• Scale and harden the platform architecture for enterprise demand.
• Collaborate with product, security, and GTM teams to translate roadmaps into deliverables.
