Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five to six years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate and maintain products.
- Take full stack ownership by writing production-ready and testable code.
- Create optimized designs with scalability, reliability and performance in mind.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
- Make design/coding decisions emphasizing customer experience.
- Incorporate code review feedback to meet standards.
- Conduct code reviews to guide engineering best practices.
- Ensure compliance and security best practices across development.
- Embed reliability engineering standards in development.
- Explore emerging tech and contribute to bank's tech transformation.
- Foster innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Prioritize tasks and communicate blockers early.
