Job summary

Cloudbeds is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Core AI Squad. You will design, build, and operate customer-facing AI platform capabilities powering product experiences across Cloudbeds.

The role emphasizes production AI systems, agentic workflows, evaluation, and observability, with Python as the primary language and collaboration across PHP and Java ecosystems. You will own agent runtimes, workflow orchestration, and tool execution while ensuring reliability, latency, and cost

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency with Python in production environments
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems or LLM-powered workflows
• Experience with LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph or similar platforms
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and containers (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate customer-facing AI platform services and features in Python
• Develop agent runtimes, tool orchestration, and evaluation hooks
• Integrate agents and LLM-powered workflows into production systems
• Evaluate models and providers for product use cases
• Own evaluation, observability, and quality feedback loops for AI features
• Write clean, well-tested code and promote engineering best practices
• Collaborate with product, design, data, security, and engineering teams
