Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate customer-facing AI services in a remote-first environment. You will lead the end-to-end development of agentic systems and LLM-powered workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, design, data, security, and engineering.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years building production systems, strong Python expertise, and hands-on experience with LangChain/LangSmith/LangGraph.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems.
• Strong production Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems or LLM-powered workflows.
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, testing, cloud infrastructure, and AI evaluation or observability.
• Ability to work across PHP and Java services and business-level English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate customer-facing AI platform services and product features.
• Own model evaluation, tracing, observability, and quality feedback loops.
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with product, design, data, security, and engineering.
