Prime Video Personalization and Discovery (PVPD) seeks a Senior Software Development Engineer to lead AI-powered personalization and discovery experiences. You will direct technical strategy, architecture, and implementation of PV groupings, re-engagement, and optimizations, while establishing operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development and architecture experience.
Experience leading design or architecture of large-scale systems.
Mentor or lead engineering teams and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain AI-based recommendation services.
Build distributed systems for high-volume, low-latency experiences.
Mentor engineers and collaborate with product management and scientists.
Champion best practices in testing, monitoring, and operations.
