Job summary

Gabriel Talent Consulting is seeking a senior engineer to own architecture and ship code for a new LMS platform. You will join a small, autonomous team reporting directly to leadership to define architecture, APIs, authentication, content models, and deployment workflows.

You will drive AI-native development, leverage LLM orchestration, and integrate with Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, and payment systems across the US and LATAM, owning delivery end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building AI-native applications.
• Hands-on work with LLM orchestration and agentic frameworks.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to operate in a flat, high-autonomy environment.
• English fluency required. Spanish is a strong plus.

About the Role

This role will be rebuilding a learning platform from scratch.

Multiple legacy systems. One modern architecture. AI is part of both the product and the way we build it.

We're looking for a senior engineer who wants to own architecture, ship code, and work directly with leadership. This is a small, highly autonomous team with no PM layer, no separate QA team, no waiting for someone else to make decisions.

If you're excited by greenfield builds, agentic workflows, and moving quickly, you'll probably enjoy this role.
