Job summary

Devsinc, LLC is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML & Data Engineer who can architect scalable solutions and engage with clients to drive opportunities to closure.

You will combine hands-on engineering with business acumen, presenting compelling solutions, and helping convert requirements into successful projects while collaborating with Sales and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field such as CS/AI/Data Science or Software Engineering.
• 4–8 years of professional AI/ML, data engineering, or related experience.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with hands-on ML experience.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and ML frameworks is highly desirable.

Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML & Data Engineer with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with clients and drive opportunities toward closure. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on engineering capabilities with strong business acumen - someone who can understand complex client requirements, architect the right solution, present it confidently, and help convert opportunities into successful projects.

Requirements

• - Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Data Engineering solutions.
• - Work hands-on with Python, SQL, machine learning, data pipelines, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• - Develop solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, predictive analytics, and AI/ML frameworks.
• - Design and implement data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data processing solutions.
• - Evaluate technical requirements and recommend the most appropriate architecture, tools, and technologies.
• - Engage directly with clients to understand their business and technical challenges.
• - Lead technical discovery calls, presentations, solution discussions, demos, and POCs.
• - Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, project scopes, estimates, and SOWs.
• - Work closely with Sales and leadership to identify, develop, and close new project opportunities.
• - Address technical objections and communicate complex solutions in a clear, business-focused manner.
• - Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and long-term engagements.
• - Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure successful project handover and execution

Qualification & Requirements:

• - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• - 4-8 years of relevant professional experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related domain.
• - Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• - Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
• - Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents is highly desirable.
• - Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data modeling, databases, and data warehousing.
• - Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• - Familiarity with ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
• - Experience with APIs, microservices, Git, CI/CD, and production deployment.
• - Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, performance, and data security.
• - Strong hands-on technical and problem-solving capabilities.
• - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• - Strong client-facing, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• - Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value.
• - Proven ability to take ownership of opportunities and drive them from discovery to closure.
• - Commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
