Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own major areas of our platform, including clinic-facing features, EHR integrations, and AI pipelines.

This hands-on role involves designing production systems, making long-term architectural decisions, and elevating engineering practices through code reviews, mentorship, and leadership. Remote-friendly with US offices in Denver and Seattle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
• Strong backend skills (C#, Python, or Go) and frontend knowledge.
• Experience designing and operating distributed production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own production systems end to end, including features and integrations.
• Lead technically ambiguous projects with minimal supervision.
• Build and maintain integrations with major EHR platforms such as Veradigm, NextGen, athenahealth, Epic.
• Ensure reliability and data correctness across systems impacting patient care and revenue.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design feedback.
• Participate in on-call rotation during US clinic hours.
