Job summary

Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability software company, is seeking a senior software engineer to help shape the future of AI-powered observability. You will work with the founding team and engineers to design, prototype, and productionize AI features across Cribl’s product suite.

You’ll build React UIs and robust backend services, integrating model-driven workflows with prompt engineering and RAG patterns, while communicating effectively in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building AI features end to end.
• Experience designing and scaling React-based UIs and backend services.
• Experience with AI agent-driven product experiences, including prompts and RAG.
• Experience with MCPs and orchestration layers in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based integrations in Cribl's core products.
• Collaborate with product and design to prototype new AI features.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
