Cribl is hiring a senior AI Platform Engineer to shape AI-powered features across Cribl's observability product suite. You will partner with founders and engineers to design and ship AI integrations that solve real customer problems and improve telemetry workflows.

You will drive frontend and backend work, focusing on scalable React UIs, robust APIs, and production-grade ML components. Remote-friendly with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building AI features end-to-end in production across product and backend.
• Fullstack experience designing and scaling React UIs and backend services or APIs.
• Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript with one backend language (Node.js/Go/Java).
• Experience with AI agent-driven product experiences and tool-calling patterns.
• Familiarity with MCPs, agent orchestration, and integrating external tools/data sources.

Responsibilities

• Productionize, launch, and operate AI integrations in Cribl's products to solve real customer problems.
• Collaborate with product/design to prototype new AI features.
• Stay current with AI trends and translate them into usable surfaces for customers.
