Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; Master’s equivalent to 1 year of experience.
• 6–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of ML/Computer Vision or applied AI experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, PostgreSQL, gRPC and Docker.

Responsibilities

• AI Innovation: leverage AI advances to build edge/cloud reasoning, CV, and automation for public safety.
• Architect & Implement: design high-availability AI-enabled web/mobile apps for incident management and real-time intelligence.
• Production Excellence: deploy to cloud-native infra with zero-downtime and high reliability.
• Security & Compliance: address vulnerabilities to meet CJIS/FEDRAMP standards for law enforcement systems.
• Technical Leadership: drive best practices, mentor engineers, and influence product direction.
