Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of software development experience in one or more languages.
• Experience evaluating search relevance, information retrieval systems, or search quality metrics (e.g., NDCG, precision, recall).
• Experience conducting exploratory data analysis on datasets using SQL, R, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Improve SVI AutoRater capabilities for quality dimensions like live events factuality.
• Interface with Search Platforms, Search Intelligence, and DeepMind to enhance AutoRaters.
• Design and develop AI-based raters to detect quality gaps in AI products.
• Reduce quality iteration cycles by improving automated evaluations and self-improvement loops.
• Represent SVIs in cross-Search forums.
