You’ll take ambiguous problems, chart the best approach, and ship them end-to-end while setting technical direction that affects more than a single feature. You will work on AI-powered workflows, search, transcription, automations, and performance, raising the engineering bar through code reviews and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years shipping production software with real outcomes.
• Strong product judgment and decision-making.
• Ability to design systems with long-term quality.

• Excitement about AI's impact on products and software.

Responsibilities

• Build across the product: web, desktop, and mobile.
• Tackle ambiguous problems and ship end-to-end.
• Set technical direction beyond a single feature.
• Work on AI-powered workflows, search, transcription, and automations.
• Raise the engineering bar via code review and mentorship.
• Experiment with the latest AI models and decide what to build.
• Collaborate directly with the founders, with no layers.
