Job summary

Foureyes is a remote-first software company focused on the automotive vertical, hiring a Sr. Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud-based applications across multiple products and stacks.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and product teams to accelerate delivery using AI-assisted development tools and modern cloud practices. Ideal candidates bring extensive full-stack experience (NodeJS, ReactJS, Python, or Java), strong AWS skills, and a passion for scalable, observable

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with one or more modern programming languages and frameworks such as Python, Java, React, or TypeScript.
• Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS using services such as Lambda, S3, RDS, or similar.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, Git-based development workflows, and infrastructure as code using AWS CDK, Terraform, or similar tools.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting production systems using observability platforms such as Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar.
• Enthusiasm for AI-assisted software development and using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar to improve productivity.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Bedrock Agents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and support software across multiple products and tech stacks.
• Contribute across the software development lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver new capabilities and resolve issues.
• Write clean, maintainable code, automated tests, and technical documentation.
• Design and evolve RESTful APIs and event-driven services for scalability and reliability.
• Build distributed systems prioritizing performance and fault tolerance.
