Job summary

CoStar Group’s LoopNet brand in Irvine, CA seeks a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in C#/.NET, AWS, and AI coding tools to build scalable backend systems across LoopNet.com and other brands. You will contribute to architecture decisions and mentor engineers while delivering high-quality software.

This role is hybrid with four days onsite and one day remote. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience required; strong API design, testing, and backend knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of production development experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience delivering products that meet specifications and performance SLAs.
• Solid experience writing unit, performance, and automated end-to-end tests
• Strong experience building APIs and backend systems with solid design principles.
• Active participation in mentoring developers and building team consensus.

• Contribute to architecture decisions and mentor engineers across the team.
