Qualifications

5+ years building distributed systems or data-intensive apps.
Bias to ship and fast iteration in a dynamic environment.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools to boost velocity.
Deep understanding of at least one blockchain protocol.

Responsibilities

Architect and evolve scalable data ingestion and parsing of blockchain data.
Use AI-native workflows to improve velocity and code quality.
Provide blockchain protocol expertise to the team and stakeholders.
Manage full software development lifecycle including production monitoring and reliability.
Collaborate with Product Managers to meet dataset needs.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and design docs.
