Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer for the Advertiser Experience on ADSP. You will own the design and delivery of full-stack systems that power advertiser workflows and scale across the ad stack, collaborating with Sales, GTM, product, and partner teams to turn ideas into production.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 6+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
• 6+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
• 6+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver full-stack software systems that power the next generation of advertiser experiences on ADSP, taking projects from concept through production with rapid prototyping and iterative releases.
• Own your team's architectural direction and technical standards, ensuring designs are well-integrated across the broader ad stack and built to scale with growing advertiser demand.
• Collaborate with Sales, Go-to-Market, product, and partner engineering teams to translate advertiser needs into technical solutions that measurably improve campaign setup time and performance.
• Evaluate and integrate generative AI tools and techniques into advertiser workflows, identifying where intelligent automation can reduce manual steps and create new value.
• Mentor engineers on the team through design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on guidance, raising the quality bar for testing, documentation, and operational practices.
