Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Senior Software Engineers to design reinforcement learning environments for evaluating AI models on software tasks. You will create deterministic verification environments and reference solutions, focusing on bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and performance optimization.

Experience with multiple programming languages and strong problem-solving skills are required. Remote work is available with a contractor arrangement (~15 hours per week).

Qualifications

• Experience with Python 3, Java, Rust, C++, or TypeScript.
• Strong algorithms and data structures knowledge.
• Proven bug fixing and debugging of complex software issues.
• Experience implementing features and refactoring large codebases.
• Strong performance optimization and tuning abilities.
