Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and modern web stacks.
• Experience with FastAPI, React/TypeScript, and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) and messaging (Kafka).
• Familiarity with Rust-based services and HTTP APIs.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows and real-time features.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production features across WES API using Python and FastAPI, WES UI using React and TypeScript, Hermes, and Workstreams
• Develop business logic and AI workflows using Python and FastAPI
• Contribute to systems and performance critical components using Rust, Axum, and Tonic
• Build reusable React components using the selected component library, including Tailwind with Radix or Fluent UI
• Use React Query for server state and Zustand for client state while supporting the migration from legacy Apollo and Redux patterns
• Implement real time functionality using Azure SignalR Service
• Develop event driven solutions using Azure Event Hubs and Kafka compatible messaging patterns
• Integrate applications with Azure Entra ID using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT standards
