United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build Jade, an AI-powered financial assistant that guides members toward better financial decisions. You’ll work across AI capabilities, model routing, and orchestration to scale capabilities for millions of users.

You will design and implement backend and frontend components, contribute to eval pipelines, and raise the bar for reliability, observability, and security in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software development experience in production environments.

• Experience with transactional databases (e.g., Postgres) and caching systems (e.g., Redis).

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and help build Jade, the company's AI-powered financial assistant.

As a senior engineer on this team, you'll work across the full breadth of what it takes to bring an AI product to life — from designing new agent capabilities and conversation experiences to building the eval frameworks, observability, and guardrail systems that ensure Jade is reliable and safe for millions of members. You'll shape how Jade reasons, acts, and improves over time.

You'll build member-facing capabilities that help people manage their spending, stay on top of subscriptions, and hit their financial goals. You'll also develop internal tools, dashboards, and backend services for model routing, prompt management, agent orchestration, and evaluation pipelines. The AI landscape evolves rapidly, and so does Jade. You'll need to learn quickly, adapt to shifting priorities, and proactively identify what's needed next — whether that's a new financial capability, a better way to test conversations, or a system to keep quality high as we scale. If you're excited about the unique challenges of shipping LLM-powered products at scale, this is the role for you.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $164,000 and up to $259,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
