Leads software engineering teams in reinforcing the DLP, adopting AI-enabled development practices at scale. Defines standards for AI-assisted development and architects solutions that effectively leverage AI capabilities alongside traditional engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineering teams in AI-enabled development practices

• Define standards and best practices for AI-assisted development workflows
• Architect software solutions that effectively integrate AI capabilities
• Drive adoption of AI development tools and measure productivity impact
• Establish code quality and security standards for AI-assisted development
• Collaborate with AI specialists to identify integration opportunities
• Contribute to practice thought leadership on AI-enabled engineering
• Guide enterprise clients on AI-enabled development transformation.

Required Skills

Extensive experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.)

• Strong understanding of when and how to effectively apply AI in development

Experience measuring and optimizing developer productivity

• Background in DevOps and CI/CD automation
• Consulting or professional services experience
  

Proficient in 2 or more modern backend technology (.NET, Java, Python, Node.js)

• Proficient in at least one modern front-end technology (React, Angular, etc.)
• Basic understanding of data storage options (sql, document, graph, data warehouse, etc.) with proficiency in at least 2
• Experience in at least one cloud technology (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in IaC with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.)
• Proficient in unit testing with a testing first approach
• Proven track record of leading software engineering teams and delivering complex systems
• Deep expertise in modern software architecture patterns and practices
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technology stacks
• Experience establishing engineering standards and development practices
• Excellent communication and technical leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
