Real is expanding its AI capabilities and seeks an Integration & Reliability Engineer - AI Solutions to deploy, integrate, and support AI-powered tools across engineering and product teams.

This hands-on role focuses on platform implementation, systems integration, monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement in a complex enterprise. You will work with architects, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions that meet enterprise standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience deploying or operating enterprise software platforms.
  • Experience integrating business-critical applications into tech ecosystems.
  • Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure).
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and performance analysis.
  • Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM, or automation.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a highly hands‑on role focused on platform implementation, systems integration, operational support, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with technical stakeholders, architects, and enterprise technology teams to deliver scalable AI‑enabled solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain AI-powered platforms and engineering productivity tools.
  • Design and support integrations between AI solutions and enterprise systems, development platforms, cloud services, and collaboration tools.
  • Monitor platform health, performance, and reliability, identifying and resolving operational issues as they arise.
  • Manage user provisioning, access controls, and support processes to ensure a positive user experience.
