Summary
We are seeking a motivated, top-performing engineer to join our team of software developers and engineering subject matter experts. We develop commercial-off-the-shelf mission modeling software for the aerospace & defense industries. Our products can be used from concept design through operations, and have been used on over 100 space missions, including most recently, Firefly Aerospace’s Blue Ghost lunar lander.
In this role, the successful candidate will serve as a primary engineer and software developer leading and implementing a substantial update to the data and data structures used by our flagship product, Systems Tool Kit (STK). He/she will coordinate with technical leadership and product management on data requirements and architectures, research data sources and formats, and refine and implement final designs. The ideal candidate has a background in aerospace (astro and/or aeronautical), is familiar with geospatial data content and formats, and is experienced in software development. Most importantly, however, the candidate will have a solid foundation, and the confidence and motivation to go learn what they don’t yet know.
This position is based in Exton, PA and it is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
