Qualifications

• Design and build large-scale distributed software in AWS.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.
• Proficient in Java, Scala, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with Spark Streaming, Kafka, Flink or similar.
• Familiar with data pipelines and cloud-native storage/processing.
• Strong data analysis skills and statistics background.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advertising industry experience is a plus.
• Statistical/causal inference experience is a plus.
• Curious, ownership-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner to design, implement and evolve a multivariate experimentation platform.
• Promote experimentation best practices across the organization.
• Execute on the experimentation roadmap with data-driven prioritization.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform health and extensibility.
• Contribute to observability, reliability and performance across services.
