Qualifications

• 5+ years in software and data science with SQL and causal inference.
• Proficient in SQL, Python; experience with A/B testing.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build an experimentation platform for the Ads team.
• Collaborate with data scientists to design experiments and methods.
• Provide guidance on statistical techniques and data engineering.
• Mentor junior engineers and scientists on the team.
