The role involves real-time processing, large data handling, and integration with COTS/GOTS where applicable, with emphasis on delivering high-quality software in a mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of SWE experience in large-scale programs with similar scope and complexity.
• Experience leading software teams and delivering complex analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Debug existing software and correct defects.
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add features.
• Lead one or more software development teams and ensure processes are followed.
• Develop and implement algorithms meeting performance and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with system and hardware engineers to define software requirements and interfaces.
• Coordinate software system installations and monitor equipment functionality.
