Job summary

T-Rex Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer 3 to support a high-priority malware analysis modernization program at Fort Meade, MD. You will design and build large-scale, high-performance Java applications and services in a containerized environment with Kubernetes and REST APIs.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, strong mentoring and code-review skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while delivering robust, testable code for national security systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with system design and developing large-scale, high-performance applications.
• Kubernetes.
• Experience with Message Broker Software (RabbitMQ/etc.).
• Ability to mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Ability to develop high-quality, efficient, and testable code.
• Ability to debug complex, system-wide issues.
• Java Application (no front end necessary), REST.
• Ability to multitask and pivot to different tasks quickly.
• Experience with Atlassian tools, Git.
• Experience with IntelliJ or Eclipse IDE.
• Kotlin, Spring/Spring Boot, Python, Mongo, NiFi are desirable.

Are you ready to make a significant impact by supporting critical national security infrastructure? T-Rex Solutions is looking for a fully cleared Senior Software Engineer 3 to join our dynamic team at Ft. Meade, MD in support of the Intelligence Community.

We are seeking developers for a high priority and highly visible malware analysis modernization program. The individual will work with a team of dynamic and innovative engineers to develop new capabilities supporting the virtual malware containment enclave . The individual will also support the modernization of malware enrichment services.

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $225,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
