Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a digital marketer in the SaaS space

- Must be passionate about music, entertainment, and social media – experience working within one of these facets is a plus
- Inspiring teammate and communicator, capable of articulating and presenting a clear and compelling vision/objectives and correlated actionable activities
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize messaging that will communicate our vision, value proposition and differentiate our product effectively.
- Ensure every customer touchpoint reinforces the brand proposition and drives more prospects from freemium to paid users.
- Plan and execute cross-functional go-to-market activities for product launch and enhancements.
- Develop the brand’s unique position for the launch of each new feature, creating the marketing and communications framework for the entire marketing function as the product goes live in the market.
- Understand the needs of our freemium users and customers to adapt our product’s features to their needs based on user’s data.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop content that aligns with GTM strategy and can be used in campaigns, enablement, and other customer interactions with a focus on product adoption.
- Use a highly data-driven approach for the market analysis of both customers and competition to improve the marketing strategy.
- Design, direct, and execute strategy on product marketing initiatives; specifically positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, persona, and journey optimization.
- Develop and launch user onboarding step by step, tutorials, and marketing offers to increase customer retention.
- Be the “voice” specialist and evangelize product functionality, strategy, and roadmap.
- Monitor competitors in order to continually refine our messaging and positioning, influence product direction, and enable conversions.
- Develop clear messaging and positioning that conveys what makes us better and different from competitors.
- Collaborate with Product owners and key stakeholders to learn their needs, establish clear release timelines, and feedback loops for incorporating new priorities.
- Partner with product and engineering leads to execute on marketing and company objectives.
- Be part of a dynamic, diverse, and collaborative environment that combines a strong analytical orientation with out-of-the-box thinking.
