Accelerant is seeking exceptional software engineers to join our AI-enabled product squads. You will own features end-to-end, from idea through production, shipping across a modern web stack and AI-assisted tooling. You’ll collaborate with product, data and security teams in a fast-moving environment to deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship custom software and AI-enabled capabilities as part of cross-functional product engineering squad
• Use AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle to accelerate discovery, implementation, testing, debugging, and operational excellence
• Design and implement scalable APIs, services, data flows, and modern web applications
• Contribute to intelligent capabilities such as integrations, automation, recommendations, and operational insights
• Design systems and services that integrate modern AI capabilities into real business workflows in reliable, secure, and production-ready ways
• Ship early, learn quickly from users and production, and continuously iterate and improve
• Own the quality, reliability, and performance of what gets shipped
• Contribute to technical decisions and continuously improve how we build software
• Improve reliability, performance, observability, and developer experience
