Valon Mortgage is building a modern mortgage servicing platform that can handle billions at scale. Our team gives you autonomy to learn quickly, execute effectively, and deliver high business impact.

We value strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on work with web/mobile apps, distributed systems, and infrastructure in a fast-paced startup environment. We offer a path to building scalable systems from scratch and a CS degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with ability to balance product and technical requirements.
• Experience with web or mobile apps, or large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience building scalable systems from scratch.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
