Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a software engineer to build, test, and deploy software in a continuous delivery environment. You will partner with PMs and Product Designers on product reviews and write clear technical designs.

You will mentor teammates, investigate production issues, and contribute to improving system reliability while working remotely with cross-functional teams. Experience with Python or Vue in production and strong coding fundamentals are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience with Python or Vue (or other Javascript frameworks) in production.
• Strong coding fundamentals and ability to write maintainable code.
• Good product and systems judgment in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
• Experience working effectively on a remote team.
