Job summary

WME is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build scalable web applications and APIs using React, TypeScript, and Next.js. You will develop the Node.js backend with REST, gRPC, and GraphQL, contribute to system architecture, and collaborate with product and design to deliver robust solutions.

You will work in a fast-evolving environment, leveraging AWS/Azure, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling, while mentoring junior engineers and shaping how the team operates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Full-stack expertise with modern web apps.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Experience designing and working with PostgreSQL and cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and IaC concepts (Terraform a plus).

## **Senior Software Engineer**WME is building the next generation of internal platforms that power one of the world's leading entertainment companies.We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys solving hard problems, writing clean and maintainable code, and building systems that become foundational to how an organization operates. The software we build helps agents and teams manage relationships, deals, and opportunities across the global entertainment industry.You'll partner closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build thoughtful, scalable systems that support critical business workflows. You'll take ownership of features and services end-to-end, contribute to architectural decisions, and help raise the technical bar across the team.We're also investing heavily in AI-assisted development, and engineers on this team actively use modern AI tools and workflows to improve development velocity and product quality. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
