Job summary

ApartmentIQ is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own features end-to-end, from data models to Rails APIs and front-end interfaces. You will build product surfaces atop LLMs and agents, ingest data, and create robust UIs to review AI outputs.

You will collaborate with AI Engineers and product leaders to transform ambiguous ideas into shipped features and help shape prioritization and scoping.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
• Strong Ruby on Rails experience with API design and building.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/ES6 and modern front-end frameworks like React.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL.
• Experience building products utilizing agentic workflows, prompting, and human-in-the-loop review.
• Solid understanding of HTTP, REST, and JSON.
• Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into shippable chunks.
