Join the team as a Senior Software Engineer. You’ll lead a close-knit group of engineering teams to build the future of our fundraiser management platform. As we transition to an engineering-focused organization, you will work to deliver scalable, production-ready code for new and existing features.

This role has the option to be fully remote.

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with your team members to deliver high-quality, high-throughput software
2. Learn to implement scalable and resilient solutions using a variety of technologies
3. Be hands-on to help your team design, develop, test, and deliver software
4. Mentor junior engineers to support a culture of growth
5. Partner with leadership to ensure operational success of your team
6. Drive improvements in design, processes, and products by reducing costs and enhancing efficiency and quality
7. Experience with event-driven technologies like Apache Kafka
8. Experience authoring technical documentation and requirements
9. Experience transitioning from monolithic applications to microservice architecture
10. Led a group of engineers to successful project completion
11. Experience with asynchronous programming
12. Expertise in software design patterns, API interactions, and the software development lifecycle
13. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
14. Proficiency with AWS or other cloud services
15. Familiarity with tools like GraphQL, Gitlab, Atlassian Suite, Heap, Split.io, Datadog
16. Experience creating and improving cloud-based infrastructure
